We opened our doors in April 2021, and have been providing our guests with the best southern dishes made from the the freshest fruits and vegetables, the finest meats, seafood and poultry middle Georgia has to offer. Come and enjoy your next meal with us!

With Only The Finest Farm To Table Ingredients!

Located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in picturesque Bolingbroke, Georgia, this low country southern style building is home to Marrow41 and Executive Chef Joshua Howard.  Chef Joshua’s cooking nuances reflect his extensive travels throughout North American cities, Europe and the far East.  

As a nomadic chef he has harnessed his experiences and wealth of culinary knowledge and blended them into his southern roots.  Marrow41 gives birth to this culmination. 

Our mission statement is to build local.  Our menu is built with ingredients from Ula Farms and Blanche Farms.  We have built a loyal neighborhood feeding and watering hole.  Our wine list, signature cocktails, extensive bourbon menu and 20 draft beer taps have been built to compliment Chef’s seasonal menu.  In addition to all this, live entertainment on our porch has brought some of the Souths most up and coming performers to Bolingbroke.  Our Team goal at Marrow41 is to achieve the highest level of culinary and service standards without pretense, arrogance or presumption.  Our ability to achieve these standards does not represent  what we do but instead, who we are. It will be a pleasure to serve you.
